Muana is a community-driven, children-focused non-profit and non-governmental organization registered in the United States with full tax-exempt status. Our mission is to empower communities in Sierra Leone, West Africa, to overcome the cycle of poverty through sustainable social service infrastructure development, specifically in education, healthcare, and agriculture. Collaboratively, we strive for positive change, one project at a time, towards a future where everyone has access to resources for holistic well-being.
